Sudan - LORD, we thank you that The African Union's Peace and Security Council (AU-PSC) have agreed to allow the United Nations to take over peacekeeping in Darfur. Cause the Sudanese government to end its opposition to this deployment so that the people of Darfur can at last be adequately protected.
Kuwait – Pray for the authorities to grant visas for more expatriate pastors and lay church staff.
Saudi Arabia - Praise God that the police raids on informal expatriate fellowships meeting in homes appears to have ended.

PRAYER ALERT: WESTERN SAHARA
Mariam is 10 years old. She is from the country of Western Sahara, but she lives in a refugee camp in Algeria. Mariam’s mother tells her stories about how, almost 30 years ago in the middle of a war, her family ran away from the Western Sahara so they could be safe. They had to leave behind many people they loved, because they were too young or too sick to travel. When Mariam’s parents arrived in Algeria, they had nothing. Many others had come from Western Sahara also, and they all needed a place to live. People from other countries brought in supplies of tents, food, and clothes, but still many got sick and died. Mariam is proud to be a Sahrawi, and she wishes she could return to her own country and meet the relatives she has never seen. But her country won’t let her back in.
